Looking for a quick bite before the show? Concessions services are placed throughout the property. Feast on the specialty items such as loaded mac and cheese, philly cheesesteak, or sharable options like the pretzel board. All offerings are restaurant caliber and made from locally sourced, sustainably farmed, and drought-friendly ingredients. Come hungry!
Mountain Winery Executive Chef Carlos Munoz
Chef Carlos Munoz grew up in the bay area, and was lucky enough to experience the variety of cultures and cuisines from a young age. He began working in catering, cooking for several of our Bay Area's leading Fortune 100 tech companies. He then moved on to a boutique restaurant, learning the importance of menu development, speed, and quality.
For the last four years, he has cooked in our own Mountain Winery kitchen, leading the team to create new and exciting dishes, whilst tying in his Hispanic culture. His passion for food is evident in every dish he creates!
He spends most of his free time expanding his culinary knowledge. He is most inspired by French cuisine, reading recipes in cookbooks, eating creative dishes, and experimenting with new flavors.
Chef Carlos strives to provide his guests with a unique and memorable dining experience, and has prioritized working with only high-quality, seasonal, sustainably farmed and locally-produced ingredients whenever possible. After several years as Executive Sous Chef for the Mountain Winery, he has grown into the role as the Executive Chef of the Mountain Winery. Chef Carlos is determined to deliver a remarkable dining experience for his guests here at the Mountain Winery in Saratoga.
